The updater creates a virtual net integrating every access with the central computer.
The keycard’s chip stores and transports all the information - therefore it’s not necessary to check every single lock in order to perform a complete register of events. Master keys can be cancelled with no need to reprogram the lock.
In order to optimize the costs of usage, staff can be given contactless/dual chip keycards, while guests can be given magnetic stripe keycards (whose costs are lower).
It gives reports on the staff’s activity and also assigns new tasks.
